Even
the Chinese Veep Wee Ka Siong has come forward to defend the rights of Muslims
to buy from Muslim producers as all other producers’ products have become “highly
doubtable”. Even this non-Muslim is regurgitating like a Professional Preacher
in a mosque, only difference is he has less credibility as he is seen as a Politician
who wants to win the next election. Sorry lah.
Suddenly,
after UMNO/BN lost the General Election last year, even Wee Ka Siong seems to
be a fan of Zakir Naik.
The
sketch begins like this. Many Muslim men, with credentials and not, have come
forward to write in lengthy messages on their walls about how all Malay Muslims
must come together and buy from Muslim producers only. Their graphic artists
have been busy creating visuals and posters of Cooking Oil, Soya Sauce and the
different type of Rice that we should all buy for our households. It messes up
my feeds.
To
prove their point further, these men put on a headdress. An Islamic one. And
then they think that they are being crafty by saying the campaign is not about
boycotting non-Muslim Products, instead, choosing Muslim Producers first and
foremost.
That’s
their Punchline.
A
rather lame one, if not sordid.
Then,
they think, polemics can be bought. They play with words, repeat them to death,
like a broken recorder, hoping that everyone will buy in and hop into their
hopeless bandwagon. If you are not willing to accept their polemics, they call
you stupid and refer you back to high school to resit for SPM. Seriously, Ka
Siong?
They
think all Malays are as Hopeless, Desperate and Dumb. Just like DUMNO. But not
everyone has the same craze of promoting disharmony. It is far from being
Islamic. Far from being sound. Far from being smart, dumbass.
I
chose the word disharmony, as that is exactly what they would want to achieve.
They enjoy discord, arguments, the feeling of superiority because they are indeed
the Sons of Soil, with supreme rights, and rights to a lot of aids from the
Government of Malaysia too. From the moment of they are born, right up till the
day they die, they have rights, day in and day out.
That includes, the right of swearing at other races, belittling them, and reminding them that they are mere Immigrants who once upon a time, came to Malaya for Employment.

What
good is this doing to the country? Beats me. This time around, the currency
they deploy is Religion. An easy sell for the villagers and now, the urbanites.
And
oh yeah, let me remind you that this has nothing to do with politics. I wanna
say stupid but that’s not very ethical. If It has nothing to do with Politics, then
why now? Why talk about Penyatuan Ummah? Why talk about Unity
amongst Malay Muslims now?
All
this while, we were OK with PAS and UMNO being disunited for 60 years. PAS
wanting HUDUD. UMNO saying NO. They bitched and bickered about each other for
the longest time. And now, suddenly they want to go to bed together? Suddenly
they want to fight for Islam. Then may I suggest HUDUD to get into our system,
if you are damn serious about Islam.
Let’s
see if Ka Siong is alright with that.
